When Exams are nearing,..

Hello Readers.

Look, i have returned to my blog and is updating it a month later instead 6 months later or so. There hasn't been much going on except normal student life. Assignments, exams, and classes. Exams...I'm really scared of exams. Well who isn't it, right?
I'm sitting for 5 papers and what's worst, my lecturer decided to take back what the chapters she gave out for exams and was most probably asked to make a new paper by the university. It's actually the fault of my lecturer i think. They shouldn't have posted it online. -_-'' Bad idea dear lecturers. It was meant to be a secret. Always have.

So now...i practically have to read every single thing all over again. Taxation 2 is not easing the pressure too. Since our lecture was on MC for over a month, we are forced to listen to a boring and..well mostly boring and incompetent in teaching lecturer. He's not a lecturer of my uni but was an outside corporation, Bursa Malaysia. He wasn't much help for a number of chapters and now we are forced to read ourselves and understand ourselves. It goes the same for my Securities and Portfolio, it's something most students in the class agree...we have to study ourselves. It's the most vague subject we've ever taken. From the class to the exams right to the assignments! We didn't even know the exact deadline for them! He keeps changing it.
Well, at least that is done. Now, just have to worry about the exams. Well, on the bright side i got a nice coursework mark for my public sector accounting. :D

A few weeks back, my crazy friends over here stayed over at my house since my sis and bro in law was away. We hung out at OU and the Curve, doing this, doing that. Having a 'massage' in a massage chair, going to Candylicious and even had a chocolate fondue! It was a great day/night till the next day even!

Thank you Yana for driving my car and i guess thank you Sarah for navigating her.

Candylicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do we actually look like????

Do we? O_O

Chocolate Fondueeeee....which helped to enhance my migraine that day.

Anyways, lets see what else happened. Ah yes, it was my dear friend's birhday a week back. Sarah Alicia. The girl who loves to be in her own world :D and a very optimistic person who won't accept anything negative about her. happy belated birthday dear though i know you don't read my blog. Just to tell you, you may be 22 but remember age is just a number, we'll laugh if you admit you're 22 and kononnya mature k. Muah.

Last week, my brother drop by with baby Arissa. She has grown......chubby. Though I pity her because apparently she has eczema. I guess it's better than asthma. Arissa is now around 5.6 kg if i'm not mistaken. For a 2 month++ baby, the doctor said she's quite overweight..in a good way. I'm not sure what we means by "in a good way".

Last Wednesday, me and a bunch of my closest friends decided to go cycling at Taman Botani Putrajaya. It wasn't that hot, so it was a fun ride especially when it decided to rain half way. Oh it was just hilarious when we sat down to set up our picnic stuff, only to feel droplets of water falling from the sky and onto our skin. Sigh, I'm gonna miss them when I'm back in KK for internship. Who's gonna go crazy with me and yell out random stuff to people and go to spontaneous places or go jogging or gossip or well...any adventurous stuff. Things like this makes me thing to actually work in KL once I graduate. Sigh. Though no offence to the MuhauzZ but you guys have to admit, we've never had any adventures. We really need to figure out some other places to hang out other than malls. I reallly wanna go to the island!!! When can we!? or a picnic at the beach at least :(

Man, the bike was high.
Oh yeah, pose like a boss!

Our...so called picnic. haha

A picture after the end of the crazy adventure.

I will miss you guys!! :'(

Hmm, I'm going to miss the occassionaly board game night and especially since i knew about this board game shop, Meeples! BoooOOOoo! why no board game store in KK?

Inside the Meeples store. Look at the various games! it's like a dream come true! Though of course you still have to pay rm5 per hour per person.

This board game is called Pandemic! Give it a try!

That's all I have for this entry. Oh yes, I'll be starting my internship in KK next month. I'm scared and nervous but excited at the same time

And here comes the new one...

Yes, i haven't been updating my blog often enough. Most of us don't nowadays.

Anyways, I'd like to welcome our new addition to the family, my cute niece, Arissa! She was born 1/11/2011 (such a nice date) at Damansara KPJ. She would be the first grandchild of my parents! As i watch her sleep the other day, it made me wonder, how she'll turn out once she's nearing her teens. I'll just pray very hard that she won't turn out to become a spoiled child that thinks money is everything. I also hope she won't turn to a child that is stuck to technology most of the time or that she becomes a.....indecent/obnoxious/anything negative woman when she's old enough to think for herself. Ohh, I'll be praying so hard especially with people being so screwed up nowadays. Here's little Arissa!

yeah, i think she got annoyed when we were talking about movies and games with my brother. Hehe, sorry Arissa.

Let's see, what else is there to say. Ah yes, this is the 6th week of classes and i have to say, this semester is NOT a fun semester.
Classes kept being cancelled, there's a subject that most of us is slowly losing patience for, there's replacement classes and interviews to do for internship. I'm really worried i wouldn't get the job. Like reallly worried. I hope i really do get it. If not, oh heck i'm doom!! I wonder if EY or deloitte will take me if i applied.

Anywaysss, during the sem break last semester, i'd have to say, it was somewhat fun because the MuhauzZ finally did something different! and i got to hang out with different people because finally they're back in KK, like Suz :).

It's true when they say, spontaneous ideas/trips are much more fun because things that you plan tend (most of the time actually) to get cancelled or postponed (in other words totally cancelled! postpone doesn't seem to exist) and it's bad for your emotions and mood because you get your hopes high to have fun with friends and such but at the end of the day (or anytime of the day) the plans get cancelled and you get moody or just plain bored or tired of thinking of what to do for fun.
Anywaysssssssssss, well, son, ave and I had a spontaneous trip to Green Connection and i must say, the place was somewhat interesting and ridiculous at the same time. There wasn't much to see and the water was....green. Yeah. Not sure if it's because they didn't clean it or if they are trying to implement a swamp like environment instead. However, either way i had a blast with my best friends.

This girl could be a model if she wasn't so thin. hehe

Told you it's green!

A few weeks later, a few days before i left, i went out with the full MuhauzZ! we had lunch at 1B and then, we had a spontaneous trip to karambunai. we couldn't go to the island that time because of the constant heavy rain. Sigh. Oh well, next time i guess.

Wow! an update!

It's been ages since my last post. Nothing much happened. Just the boring daily life.

I was so bored that i went back to watching animes...Prince of tennis of all animes! oh, and watched Hakuouki, an anime about the Shinsengumi and for some reason it had a twist of vampires and werewolves. Just hints of it, not really the real thing. Shortest anime series i've watched, 12 episodes only!

What happened since my last post? well, i can't remember when was the last date of that post but things i remembered was that i had a Cyberp assignment and we opened a water balloon booth and had a water balloon fight.

Ahhh! Did i mentioned somewhere last year, a bunch of us went to this place in Puchong called the Asian Water Village and i must say, we had a lot fun (and a lot of pain!). The water events were realllllyy thrilling! I bet it would be more fun if it was in the ocean and not lake though. We had BBQ (but it was raining) and we cooked some of the food in the house and i must say, it was a fun accomplishment! We even had a jacuzzi and fish spa! You know, i prefer it if the pictures say it all instead.

Banana boat was awesome! They really incorporated team work! When we fell, we had to turn the boat ourselves. That thing was really hard to turn especially when you're in water!

We grilled some of the honey chicken in the oven!

Our dinner!

Some of us went into the jacuzzi an hour later and stayed there for an hour! Ahhh, it was so warm and bubbly!

Woke up the next day, cooked breakfast for everyone. Some of us had our breakfast on the luscious green grass.

Ah yes, Hari Raya was just the usual with an extra addition to the family. that's all. Nothing different except for the fact that i had to study during the Raya.

And one more thing! I've finally mastered Cream Sauce!!!! That means i can now cook Alfredo or anything else that's cream based!

This is Baked macaroni with white sauce and beef! On top is the bread crumbs which actually makes it nicer. My own breadcrumbs mind you. Damn, should have been a chef! hahah, too late now.

I seem to miss writing original stories and fanfics, so i started a new one already! Even when exams are coming up in a week! holy hikes! i'm doom!

The things I ate during the holiday

Before the holidays,I had dinner at Tony Roma's. The choices are not as much as Chili's but it's slightly more nicer. We ordered Fried Mushroom and it was a lot and quite nice and came with honey mustard sauce which makes it even nicer.

and then, i shared with my sister,..erm...Ribs. I can't remember the full name. There was special set menu where we can get two kind of meat on one plate. So we asked for Ribs and sirloin steak if i'm not mistaken. The ribs were delicious. So tender and mouth watering.

And then, during holidays in KK, i went to this one japanese restaurant in One Borneo called Michi and wow, their salmon and maguro sushi was soooooo nice!! They were sweet and fresh and thick. unlike sakae sushi and sushi king.

We also ordered Unagi(eel), soft shell crab and clam i think but we still prefered the salmon and maguro.

I ordered Chicken teriyaki with rice which cost about rm21. here's a warning..share with someone and just add an extra bowl of rice (unless you didn't order anything else beside that)
The picture below is....erm...damn, should have wrote down the name. I think it was Ebi(prawn) kimuchi udon. Here's the thing, it's not spicy even though they warned you that it's spicy. The udon broth was really nice and the content was satisfying and this cost about RM18 i think..or less.

and then, as usual, when i go back to KK, Promenade Hotel dim sums are a must!! I have no idea what are the things in some of the pictures because basically, we just took whatever looked nice from the trolley. The price is quite reasonable also. The dim sum ranges from rm4.90 - rm14 (shark fin or scallops usually). So beware what you order. haha

The one below is bamboo with something else. Beancurd? hmm.

Fried Yam which is a must :D

I cant remember what this was. My sister just took it without asking what it was.

This is...no...this is not siew mai. i can't remember what this was also. oops my bad.

And just for the fun of it...Here's my fat cat that now weighs 7.9 kg! haha
